Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 35bt platform, including all casino games, sports betting, crash games, bonuses, promotions, and any other services offered by 35bt ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 35bt platform.
35bt is an online casino and sports betting platform operating in the Bangladesh market. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 35bt. The Terms are written in English as this is the operating language of the 35bt platform. Where any ambiguity arises, the English version of these Terms shall prevail. 35bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided to registered players via the Platform.

1. Eligibility
1.1 — Age Requirement
The 35bt platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years or older. By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 35bt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not verifiably met. Accounts opened by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any funds deposited to such accounts may be forfeited.
1.2 — Geographic Eligibility
The 35bt platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 35bt is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. 35bt shall bear no responsibility for any Player who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
1.3 — Single Account Obligation
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 35bt platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact 35bt support immediately.
2. Account Registration
2.1 — Registration Requirements
To register an account on 35bt, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and choose a secure password. You must be a resident of Bangladesh and meet the age requirement of 21 years or older. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and to update such information promptly if it changes. 35bt reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
2.2 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 35bt account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, are your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 35bt support immediately and change your password.
2.3 — Prohibited Account Behaviour
The sale, transfer, or assignment of a 35bt account to another person is strictly prohibited. Accounts may not be used for any commercial purpose. The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 — KYC and Verification
35bt may, at any time, require a Player to provide documentation to verify their identity, age, address, or payment method. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Documents may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
35bt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 35bt does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your 35bt account. Deposits made from accounts held in a name other than the registered Player's name may be rejected and returned.
3.2 — Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 35bt account. Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed in full before a withdrawal request can be processed. 35bt does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
3.3 — Processing Times
Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically clear within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the wallet provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. 35bt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or processes. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal operating hours may be processed on the following business day.
3.4 — Fraud and Suspicious Transactions
35bt operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that triggers our AML monitoring systems will be subject to enhanced due diligence and may be held pending investigation. 35bt may freeze account funds and withhold withdrawal payments where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their accounts permanently suspended and all funds forfeited.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
35bt offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of the matters they address.
4.1 — Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a 35bt account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real-money balances. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times). Only real-money wagers count towards meeting wagering requirements — wagers placed using bonus funds do not contribute to clearing wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2 — Bonus Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only. 35bt reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless the offer terms explicitly permit combination. 35bt may withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that ongoing wagers placed under the terms of an active offer will be honoured.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with these Terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of a bonus offer — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent suspension of the Player's account.
5. Gameplay Rules
5.1 — Game Integrity
All casino games available on 35bt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed in real time and are governed by the rules of the relevant game as presented by the live dealer or game host. 35bt does not accept any liability for game outcome disputes arising from the Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
5.2 — Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on 35bt are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 35bt. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with 35bt's published settlement rules for the relevant sport. Results are verified against official sources; in the event of a discrepancy between unofficial scores and the official result, the official result shall prevail.
5.3 — Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failure, disconnection during a game round, or any other technical error — 35bt will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and to settle any affected bets fairly. 35bt's decision on the settlement of bets affected by technical malfunctions is final. 35bt is not liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of technical issues beyond 35bt's reasonable control, including disruptions to third-party payment systems or network outages.
6. Responsible Gaming
35bt is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We recognise that while the vast majority of our players enjoy 35bt as entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop gambling-related problems. These Terms include provisions designed to help players manage their gambling activity and to seek assistance when needed.
6.1 — Self-Exclusion and Limits
Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, or session time limits on their 35bt accounts at any time through the account settings. Self-exclusion options allow a Player to temporarily or permanently suspend their own account. Players who self-exclude will not receive promotional communications from 35bt during their exclusion period. To request a permanent self-exclusion, contact 35bt support directly. Requests for account reactivation after self-exclusion are subject to a cooling-off period.
6.2 — Player Duty of Care
You are responsible for managing your own gambling activity. 35bt strongly recommends that you set a budget before each session and do not chase losses. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bt platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
7.1 — Prohibited Activities Include
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use any technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
- Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent financial instruments, or making chargebacks after a deposit has been used to place wagers.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
- Registering or using a 35bt account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
35bt actively monitors Platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 35bt's determination of the facts and appropriate remedial action is final and binding on the Player. Players who identify a Platform vulnerability or bug are required to report it to 35bt support immediately rather than exploit it.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 — Voluntary Closure
A Player may close their 35bt account at any time by contacting 35bt customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements and provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance.
8.2 — Suspension and Termination by 35bt
35bt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or match-fixing; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or where 35bt determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable legal and compliance obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, even if 35bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
35bt's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player to their 35bt account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 35bt's liability for matters which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law.
10. Privacy and Data
35bt collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the 35bt platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 35bt uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. 35bt does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and where required by law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
35bt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 35bt will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform, by email to the address on file, or by SMS to the registered mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. If you do not agree with any change to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 8.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 35bt will make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute with a Player fairly and promptly. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcome or account activity, Players should contact 35bt support in the first instance, providing all relevant details. 35bt's decision following a full internal review of a dispute shall be final, subject to any rights the Player may have under applicable law.
